Azize Ferizi Exhibition

Azize Ferizi's work at Kunsthalle Friart explores the integration of violence, gaze, and pose into the image's economy. Her structural approach to painting and clothing uses fashion as a model for belonging in a hierarchical society. The exhibition features two ensembles, one outside the curtain with a repeated bust motif across eighteen paintings on paper, and another inside a curtain cage referencing typologies of people. By reducing textile pieces to their essence, the work focuses on the weight of absent bodies and relationships of domination.

Jeremy Exhibition

Jeremy's series of paintings introduces robots without qualities, trapped in their fictional worlds. The retro-futuristic forms contrast with the present's processing speed, creating a narrative of melodrama and artificiality. Each image reveals a pivotal moment in a story, acknowledging the industrial character of narration. The aesthetic combines classical form with simplification, contrasting detailed execution with single-color backgrounds. The viewer is invited into a world where absurdity and beauty coexist, exploring transformation and metamorphosis.
